Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
